ZODI is a small set of family and small-business tools run by SEARCHSMART in Hong Kong, at searchsmart.hk and zodi-app.site. This page explains what we store and why, in plain language. ZODI 是由香港 SEARCHSMART 營運的一系列家庭及小生意工具，網址為 searchsmart.hk 及 zodi-app.site。本頁以簡單語言說明我們儲存哪些資料及原因。
Some tools are designed for parents to track their own children's schooling and activities. That information is entered by the parent, is visible only to that parent's account, and is treated the same as any other private data described here. The tools are not intended for use by children themselves. 部分工具供家長記錄自己子女的升學及活動情況。有關資料由家長輸入，只有該家長的帳戶可以查看，並與本頁所述的其他私人資料受同等保護。本工具並非供兒童自行使用。
Some tools let you store details of your own customers — for example the B2B Invoice System, where you enter the names and contact details of the people you bill, and where you can attach receipt photos or PDFs to your expenses. Those records and files are yours. They are private to your account, we do not read them or use them for anything else, and they are deleted with your account. 部分工具可讓你儲存自己客戶的資料 — 例如「發票系統」，你會在其中輸入收款對象的名稱及聯絡資料，亦可為支出附上收據相片或 PDF。這些記錄及檔案屬於你，只有你的帳戶可以查看，我們不會閱讀或作任何其他用途，並會於你刪除帳戶時一併移除。
Because that information is about other people rather than about you, you remain responsible for handling it lawfully — including telling your customers what you hold and responding if they ask to see or correct it. We store it on your behalf. 由於這些資料是關於他人而非關於你，你須自行負責合法處理有關資料 — 包括告知客戶你所持有的資料，以及在客戶要求查閱或更正時作出回應。我們只是代你儲存。
Your data is stored in a Supabase database (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, so each account can read only its own rows. Files you upload, such as your logo and receipt images, are held in private storage buckets under the same rule and are never publicly linkable. The site itself is served by Cloudflare and Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Hong Kong. 你的資料儲存於 Supabase 資料庫（PostgreSQL），並啟用列級安全性（row-level security），令每個帳戶只能讀取自己的資料。你上載的檔案（例如商戶標誌及收據圖片）存放於私人儲存空間，同樣受上述規則保護，不會產生可公開存取的連結。網站由 Cloudflare 及 Vercel 提供服務。上述服務供應商代我們處理資料，並可能將資料儲存於香港以外地區。
Sign-in is handled by Google and Microsoft; WhatsApp reminders, if you enable them, are delivered by Meta. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. 登入由 Google 及 Microsoft 處理；如你啟用 WhatsApp 提醒，訊息由 Meta 發送。你使用該等服務時受其各自的私隱政策規管。
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete a record in a tool and it is removed from the database. You can delete your whole account yourself at any time from My account — this happens immediately and removes your login together with everything you have saved across every tool. It cannot be undone. 只要你的帳戶存在，我們便會保存你的資料。你在工具中刪除任何記錄，該記錄即會從資料庫移除。你亦可隨時於「我的帳戶」自行刪除整個帳戶 — 刪除即時生效，會一併移除你的登入帳戶及在所有工具內儲存的資料，且無法復原。
You can delete your account yourself from My account, and you can download a copy of your data from the Export / import page in the ⚙️ menu. You may also email us to ask for a copy or a correction. You can disconnect ZODI at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings. 你可於「我的帳戶」自行刪除帳戶，亦可在 ⚙️ 選單的「匯出／匯入」頁面下載你的資料副本。你同樣可以電郵要求索取副本或更正資料。你亦可隨時在 Google 或 Microsoft 的帳戶安全設定中解除與 ZODI 的連結。
